After viewing Part 1 of the series with Dolly, Eric noticed a few things that could be improved upon. This time he is disciplining an employee for several real workplace infractions. Rin is seated in the same chair as last time when the clip starts. He briefly explains what the series is about before he starts adding more rope. As he binds Rin he offers his advice. One piece of advice comes after Rin starts pleading with Eric. He says he knows that its easy to give in to the pleading and the promises, but to Not Give in! It’s for their own good as well as the company’s. If it really bothers you then you should gag the employee once they start. He does just that. He straps a harness ballgag on Rin’s head. Once that is done he adds the pipe accessories to the chair and continues bind in Rin. Every so often he stops and turns the chair so you, the viewer can get a better idea of what is going on. After a while he removes her gag as he has another planned, and he needs to add some rope to her hair, and the gag is in the way. After the hair ties are in he ties them out to the side once again. This is where Part 1 ends.
