Self bondage gym style! Sydney gets a workout sweat with ab crunches and hip thrusts while tied up and gagged by a giant sponge ball!
As summer roles around I need to get my swimsuit self ready. Why not kill two birds with one stone, tie myself up and apply a workout to it. Have you ever tried to crunches while tied up? It for sure brings around a sweat. I added the crotch rope for pleasure and also it made my ass look good in my tight spandex shorts. I tied my legs into frog legs. I wanted to be tied up but still be able to be somewhat mobile. I tied a harness rope around my neck to help try and keep it stable through my workout. A girl can always work on her breathing, so I shoved the big giant yellow ball in my mouth, got to make that jaw strong to. Having a strong jaw is good for so many reasons, especially with a giant mouth like mine. Finally I secured my wrists down by my ankles. I was mobile but still not able to get out. I got some cardio in from rolling around. I made sure to get some good crunches in and some hip thrusts to make my lower abs nice and strong. It all brought about a good sweat.
