Some guy has tied her wrists together and pulled them over her head where she is stretched out and he has tied her ankles together and tied her knees together too. To keep her quiet he has gagged her with a strip of cloth tied tightly between her teeth. The cloth is cutting into the sides of her mouth so she can’t really do much about that. She tries to get help but the gag is doing its job. Rachel struggles against the ropes biting into her wrists and she is joined by this bad guy who is filming her.
