The story of secret agent Patty’s nightmare inside the psychiatric institution continues.
As you may remember from Episode 1, one careless step during her attempt to infiltrate the women’s facility ended with Patty being discovered by one of the orderlies. She was taken into a strange dark room in front of a mirror and placed in a straitjacket. Patty eventually managed to escape after realizing that the door had been left unsecured.
Episode 2 begins with Patty still wearing the straitjacket, leg restraints, and a cleave gag as she desperately moves through the deserted institution looking for any possible way out.
Unfortunately, her escape does not last long.
The same doctor catches her again and brings her straight back to the room she escaped from. Apparently, Patty was underestimated the first time. Now it is obvious that this “patient” is extremely determined to escape, so the doctor decides that much stronger precautions are necessary.
Patty’s cleave gag is replaced with a restrictive harness ballgag, and she is strapped tightly into a special chair positioned directly in front of the mirror.
