Our favorite Japanese model takes the role of a new character, Super Special Agent Yui, who wearing her latex suit gets captured in the dark tunnels of Tokyo, where nobody will rescue her! She gets restrained with a leather armbinder and her ankles are chained, then her mouth stuffed with cloth and gagged with a tight wraparound tape gag. As her captor fades in the shadows, Special Agent Yui struggles against her restrains. Screaming is pointless as the wraparound tape gag effectively muffles her voice, but somehow she manages it to get her feet free and walk around the creepy tunnels, looking for an exit towards the surface, but she gets captured again. Now she is handcuffed and her ankles tied with ropes to the legs of the chair. She gets ballgagged and then blindfolded with a leather blindfold. As the evil masked woman disappears laughing, Agent Yui is abandoned in the darkness, of the tunnel, waiting to be rescued….
