The new prison cell has been built and is ready for shooting. To get this set ready for shooting, we decided to do a camera test and put inmate Kora to work cleaning the cell. To add a bit to her struggle, she has been locked in a waist chain combo and a pair of legirons. She starts by wiping down the bed, and then it’s time to clean the toilet. This is a brand new set piece that was bought for the cell. It is an authentic prison toilet that came from a jail in California and now has a new home in our studio cell. Combined with our new hard as a rock bed slab, this cell is really starting to take shape.
Kora spends a long time on her knees cleaning out the toilet bowl, and the dirt of the cell has stuck to the bottoms of her feet and stained her soles black. She’ll be heading to the showers right after this for sure, but first she has to finish moping the cell.
