Just what Agent Foxett needs – a busybody WPC pulling her over for a god-dam speeding ticket when she’s trying to save the country! But no, her (admittedly stolen) car has lit up the police computer like christmas, and blonde busybody Lucy Lauren is not going to take any bluster about MI6. She’s going to take Agent Foxett in. Duty Sergeant Ariel Anderssen is confused. Why exactly has this supposed TRAFFIC COP shown up at a top-secret safehouse with a woman claiming, implausibly, to be a secret agent under arrest? The whole thing sounds very peculiar. Suspicious, even. Lucy Lauren doesn’t look much a like a regular cop, that short skirt is not regulation, she can’t remember the registration of her police car and she doesn’t even have the keys to the handcuffs she’s used on the redhead on her. Nothing about this entire scenario makes sense. Is it a test? And if so, of whom? Of Secret Agent Foxett? Or of the top secret safehouse’s security? Only one thing for it – Ariel decides to strip search and speedcuff BOTH potential perps, lock them in irons and call for her superior, Superintendent Smith.
Of course, Agent Foxett isn’t going to be caught napping. As soon as Ariel’s back is turned, she frisks the sergeant’s desk and discovers a handcuff key! Even though the high-security plastic covered rigid speedcuffs are double locked, surely she will be able to get free? Agent Foxett attempts to recruit WPC Lauren to the cause, but she’s not yet ready to believe that Scarlett actually IS working for MI6. Without Lucy’s help, Scarlett tries to use the key but discovers too late that it isn’t the right one! Discovered in the act, Ariel comes back and detains both women. They will have to stay in the safehouse while their superiors work out what to do with them!
