Pamela is a nurse working in the medical wing of a maximum-security prison. It is a grim place, with inadequate facilities and makeshift rooms being used as medical wards.
Her shift is about to end when the head guard brings a prisoner named Tony to the infirmary. Tony claims to be suffering from severe stomach pain. His cries are disturbing the other inmates, so the guard has brought him to the infirmary so Pamela can give him something to calm him down.
Pamela is rather annoyed, but she decides to stay and treat him. The guard leaves her alone when he suddenly receives news of a disturbance elsewhere in the prison and has to go and check on it.
Pamela examines Tony’s abdomen before going to get some medication. But it was all a trick.
While Pamela has her back turned, Tony approaches her from behind and places a hand over her mouth. He then restrains her with white tape, securing her hands behind her back and binding her ankles. To prevent her from calling for help, Tony covers her mouth with a layer of microfoam tape…
