Mayla works for the investigative agency Inside Eye, which has been quietly monitoring a wealthy businessman suspected of laundering money for criminal organizations. Unfortunately for Mayla, she isn’t considered a top operative. Her assignment is simple surveillance: watch the villa from a distance and report when the owner, Raimondo, leaves the house.
To Mayla, the job feels like a waste of her abilities.
Ambitious and eager to prove herself, she decides to take matters into her own hands. One afternoon she spots Raimondo leaving the property. Convinced the house is now empty, Mayla sees her chance to find the evidence the agency has been searching for.
Without informing her colleagues, she slips through the garden gate using a master key and quietly enters the villa. The alarm system remains silent. Inside the elegant living room she searches through cabinets and drawers—and to her surprise she quickly finds a folder containing exactly the kind of documents she was hoping for.
