Before letting them say much, he packs their mouths with filled stockings and plasters many strips of silver duct tape over their lips and the bridge of their noses. The duct tape holds much better as the bumbling burglars try and fail to get each other loose. Their captor has one more gag in store for them. Both get 2 pairs of panties crammed in their mouths, held in with an elastic bandage wrap, 3-inch microfoam tape wrap, and a nylon panty otm. Those layers will keep them well muffled until the police arrive to take them away.
