Luna comes back into the garage to find Chester still struggling. She agrees to unhogtie him. She stands him up puts his hat back on. She explains to him that since he didn’t get out of the hogtie, lets see if you can get out of a chair tie. “I’ve been tied up long enough” he yells! Luna slips the bandana back into his mouth and tells him if he can get free, he can do whatever he wants to her later. She leaves him there tied to a chair to struggle for the next 10 min or so!
